Formula 1
On 1st July 2008 we have concluded an agreement with one of the largest companies in Europe specialising in the construction of sports infrastructure facilities for Formula One race tracks and Bundesliga stadiums (we will provide reference letters at request). As a company representative in Poland, in course of our cooperation we had a chance to get to know e.g. the whole logistics background of providing racing tracks with mobile stands and roofing e.g. Hockenheimring (German Grand Prix), Nürburgring (German Grand Prix), A1 Ring (Austrian Grand Prix), Silverstone (the British Grand Prix), Spa-Francorchamps (Belgian Grand Prix), Imola (San Marino Grand Prix and Italian Grand Prix), Monte Carlo (Monaco Grand Prix), Valencia (European Grand Prix) and Shanghai (Chinese Grand Prix), as well as the transport of infrastructure between the races taking part in various parts of the globe. The greatest challenge was to dismantle the stands, roofing and containers in Europe, transporting them to another part of the world and rebuilding them around the racing track again – all these within only 11 days which divide the Grand Prix race from another official training. Special solutions were also needed in case of technical facilities constructed for the needs of street races organised in the centres of port cities (e.g. Monte Carlo, Valencia). We are especially sentimental when it comes to Hockenheimring racing track, which is known to us for over 30 years and where we always sit at the main stand during the race gathering 149,000 of spectators. However, the street races along the streets of Monte Carlo have been the greatest show for us.
The Germany national football team
Before EURO2012 we officially invited to Poland a person closely cooperating with Oliver Bierhoff and Joachim Löw, who inspected the constructed stadiums and hotel infrastructure in the host country of the championships. Full relation from this event can be found in the interview with Petar Segrt published in Tylko Piłka weekly, issue No. 41 [338], in which he mentions e.g. his relations with the manager and head coach of the Germany national football team, the proposal of DFB (German Football Association) of conducting the German national under-21 football team as well as the reasons for coming to Poland and our invitation (item 9 of the interview).
America, Asia, Australia, Africa
We bring football players from other continents and we can boast of possessing the contacts and scouting network in both Americas, Asia, Australia and Africa. We have acquired particularly fruitful contacts in Brazil – the country which has won the football world cup 5 times and which is famous throughout the world for its mine of talents and worldwide famous stars. Our contacts in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paolo are very valuable for us, and the activity conducted in South America is very difficult and dangerous. Our Brazilian partners possess the know-how, network of cooperating parties as well as their offices on site. Thanks to this we are effective in implementing intercontinental projects.
We also possess contacts in Australia, Japan and China where at present the players ending their football careers are paid the highest salaries in the world. The greatest football stars move to China for their retirement in order to earn unmeasured money offered by the Chinese League to the ones ending their football adventure. We also have cooperating parties in African countries. This market is developing at an unbelievable pace and the players from Africa strongly contribute to the power of leading European teams.
Good contacts in the countries of the Persian Gulf constitute our further trump card on the football market. As the World Cup 2022 is organized in Qatar, the eyes of the whole world will be looking in this direction. The President of our company, Mr Artur Warwas in 2009 joined the worldwide network Creative Talent, whose members include e.g. a member of the Persian Royal Family. Creative Talent acquiring football talents on all the continents for the clubs of the English Premier League and German Bundesliga can boast of performing multimillion worth transfers with participation of football stars.

Investors
We have acquired Western investors who locate their businesses in the central Europe for a long time. Football is one of the most effective forms of the company promotion. We know which football clubs are worth purchasing and which players are worth investing in, so that they can constitute a measurable sports value and their future sale to another investor or a transfer to a foreign club is likely to bring large financial profit.
We have started a trend of purchasing football clubs by German investors in Poland. In 2011 we were the first ones to bring to Poland a German investment consortium which submitted an official purchase offer to Piast Gliwice – a Polish top division football club. Through our mediation, the investor placed an official tender offer for purchasing the shares and making investments in the club, covering purchase of new players and construction of training pitches in the amount of EUR 5,000,000 (five million euros), which was at the time a record sum of German investment in football industry in Poland. With the above offer, we have started another important trend on the market of football investments in the top Polish professional league – investments made in clubs by the entities operating in tax industry. Until the present day the most important German investors on the Polish football market are the owners of tax consulting offices.
